To receive our products, there are 2 options available:
- FREE Courier Pickup
Select a Courier pickup point. Your order will be ready
for pickup in 2-3 business days and is FREE for purchases over €50. For
purchases under €50, there is a €5 charge.
When your order is ready to be picked up by the
courier, you will be notified via SMS on your mobile phone and/or email.
Alternatively, you can contact us at 94311111 or at
info@dfy.cy to arrange delivery with a different option.
- FREE Delivery to your home/place
Select “Delivery to your home/place” and relax! Your
order will arrive in 2-3 business days and is FREE for purchases worth €50 and
above. For purchases under €50, there is a €5 charge.
During peak periods, orders may take a few extra
business days to be delivered.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will be
notified via SMS to your mobile phone and/or email.
There is always the possibility that additional
delivery costs may arise and in some cases we may not be able to deliver to
your desired location.
However, for any of these cases we will contact you in
advance.
In cases of remote areas, where home delivery cannot be
made, you can choose the previous method of delivery.

RETURNS
Consumers
have the right to return all products within 14 days from the date of the
withdrawal request, for purchases made through our online store, provided they
meet our company’s inspection criteria. The withdrawal request must be sent
within 14 days from the date of receipt or delivery, via one of the following
methods:
- Contact via our website using the special form, providing
a clear statement of withdrawal.
- Contact via e-mail: info@dfy.cy, providing a clear statement of withdrawal.
By
accessing our website and placing orders, you accept and agree to the practices
described in the Returns and
Cancellations Policy, the Terms
and Conditions, and the Privacy

POLICY
Purchases from our online store dfy.cy
The
return of the product can be made within 14 working days from the day of the
withdrawal request, accompanied by the receipt. The withdrawal request must be
sent within 14 working days from the date of receipt or delivery.
Please
note that the responsibility and any costs incurred for transporting the
product back to our company are borne by the buyer.
The
product will be inspected by us within a reasonable period of time, and if it
meets the criteria below, you will be eligible for a refund of your purchase
value.
Criteria:
- The original packaging must include all products and
accessories.
- The original packaging, the product, and the included
accessories must not have suffered any damage or alterations*.
*The
customer is entitled to open the packaging carefully and handle the product to
the extent necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning
of the product, as they would be able to do in one of our physical stores.
However,
if during inspection it is found that any of the above criteria are not met,
and that the product has been used by the customer beyond what is necessary to
establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, then the customer is
liable for any reduction in the product's value. Furthermore, in cases where
the customer is responsible for the destruction of the product, its packaging,
or its accessories, the company may refuse a refund, return, or exchange of the
product.

CANCELLATION
POLICY
How to cancel your online order
- For Home Delivery
or Pickup from partner courier
services, you may cancel your order before
the product is handed over to the delivery service. Once the product has been
dispatched, your order status will be automatically updated, and you will no
longer be able to cancel it.
You
may, of course, return the purchased product by following the return
instructions as described above in the "Returns Policy."
