This category of filter is ideal for installation in the water supply of washing machines or dishwashers and generally wherever water hardness needs to be ''reduced''.

The filter can be easily refilled by the user, by unscrewing its cap and filling it with a new amount of material that you can find here.

The polyphosphate crystals dissolve in water and essentially coat elements such as iron, calcium, magnesium, etc., making it impossible for these elements to ''precipitate'' out of the water and create the well-known problems associated with ''hard'' water, such as the formation of salts in pumps, washing machine resistors, etc.

The filter screws directly onto the cold water supply of the washing machine without requiring specialized installation.
